- Women immigrants and refugees only
- Two-year vocational degrees only, no liberal arts degrees.
- Covers a one-time entrance fee of up to ¥200,000
- Covers tuition of up to ¥1,400,000 and living stipend of ¥600,000 for two years
- No restrictions on major or department
- No repayment obligation

- 対象は日本にある２年制の専門学校および短期大学
- 入学金（上限 20 万円）を支給
- 学費（上限 140 万円）、 生活費（年間 60 万円）を支給（最大２年間
- 学部・学科の制限なし（最短卒業年数が２年を超える学部は対象外）
- 返済の義務なし
